Why are there always money saving advice on books (like this gem: Go to the library) but you rarely see people telling you not to go to the movies? Or even better, you had to buy that magazine for it to tell you not to buy books and while you read that blog you're bombarded by ads to buy shit.

By all means, don't stay current, don't support writers and DO use Amazon as your ultimate resource.


I wonder if this blogger intends to compile their advice in a book one day.

I've been having an ongoing conversation about the future of retail with a friend, and we were both wondering what the purpose of real brick and mortar stores were, what the future will hold.

And then one of our youngest customers came in and showed us her nails that she had done in anticipation of coming to her favorite store today - atomic POP.

My friend said, "Ha, that's why there are stores! No one paints 'buy.com' on their nails!"
